An assassination contract is completed when a target is hit with water fired by the assassin from a legal weapon

Weapons

Water must visibly hit the target for it to count

Getting someone else wet who is not your target is grounds for elimination

Using others as meat shields is grounds for elimination

All assassinations must be recorded with a video camera and sent to the Instagram (@ayj.assassins) or shown in person to Sean Y or Aadi S for it to count

Any evidence of a kill must have both the assassin and the target visible
